Customer instructions — how to get the Instant Rebate
Valid: January 2–31, 2026
Coupon codes: $600OFF or $300OFF

1. Find the machine you want on the site (e.g., Brother, Janome).
2. On the machine product page, click Add to cart.
3. If you want accessories, add those to your cart as normal.
4. Click the cart icon (top-right) and then View cart / Checkout.
5. On the Cart page, locate the Coupon code field.
6. Enter either $600OFF or $300OFF (whichever applies) and click Apply coupon.
7. Verify the discount appears in the order summary. The cart total should update immediately.
8. Complete checkout: choose shipping or In-store pickup, enter payment details, and place your order.
9. Keep your order confirmation email — it shows the instant rebate applied.

Quick tips for customers

• Only one coupon may be used per order.
• The coupon must be entered on the Cart page before completing checkout.
• If the discount does not apply, check that the qualifying machine is in the cart and the coupon is entered correctly (no extra spaces).
• If you need help, call the store or stop by the Jacksonville location and we’ll apply the rebate in person.
