My sewing machine (old; bought elsewhere) was acting up. I went in to have it looked at. Cameron made some necessary adjustments and it was working fine - NO CHARGE!!! When I got home it was still not sewing right on my project. I called, and they gave me an appointment for the next morning. I returned and brought the project with me. They checked the machine and it was working fine on regular fabric. They said the problem was that the fabric was thin, and they gave me a piece of interfacing to put ont the underside of my project. That worked like a charm! Again, NO CHARGE!!! These folks are incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I would give 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY recommend!

I dropped off my mother’s sewing machine for repair. I got an email from the Augusta location with no information about Jacksonville at All stating that my repair was ready. The phone number on Google continued to say That the office was busy and couldn’t take my call. So I called the number that was on the email, which is the Augusta office and basically was not supported at all. I was just told it’s two different locations. So since nobody was responding to my email, and I couldn’t get through on the phone number on Google I drove to the location to make sure that I could pick up my sewing machine My plan was to sit and buy a sewing machine today but instead because I couldn’t get any support for the last 24 hours I won’t be back to this location. I will find another sewing store. I explained all of this in an email and again was told that they are the Augusta office and they don’t have anything to do with Jacksonville even though they’re owned by the same owner

I highly recommend Best Sewing and Vacuum's machine repair service. I own a 10-needle embroidery machine that I did not want to bring to a store for service. Cameron came to my house and serviced my machine and replace 2 parts that were broken. I have had another person work on this machine, but Cameron's work is superior to anything I have previously had. He was thorough, meticulous and extremely knowledgeable about needed maintenance and proper repair of my embroidery machine. He does charge for the home visit, but it is worth it not to have to move a heavy, large machine.

Mr. Johnny and Miss Donna and Cameron did such an amazing job! They keep in touch with me throughout the process. They fixed it and it’s now working better than what it was before I dropped it off. We bought a Brother 6-needle embroidery machine from Mr. Johnny two years ago for our local sheriff’s office. This machine has run nonstop with minimal errors (outside of operator error). I’ve had to take it in for service with Kameron twice and both times we were greeted like family and treated in the most professional manner. They were quick to fix our machine and get us back out the door with same day service. I won’t take our machine anywhere else. Best staff ever!!!

Hands down the best embroidery shop and repair service in north Florida! They not only do quality work, their customer service is something you rarely see these days- amazing! I have brought them my BabyLoc 6-needle, Brother and dozens of questions and they have always been there to help me every step of the way! The store and the staff are a true hidden gem!!!

We live in Jacksonville so we bring our machine to this location unfortunately, the old owner sold to these new people and the new people not only screwed up my six needle $10,000 brother embroidery machine but when we brought it just brought it in for a service they were so rude. He screwed it up. We brought the machine back in to show them and the owner started screaming at me and kicked me out because I’m trying to find out why my $10,000 sewing machine embroidery machine that worked a week before was no longer working and he called me a liar and he got mad and they did give us our money back not all of it. We paid 465. They gave us 425 back so they kept $40 Even though we literally only brought our machine for a service after we picked it up the The color codes are messed up. Only two needles will go down out of six the first needle that was working fine now constantly catches and the thread breaks. It did not do that the week before we brought it for service. I posted on the brother Facebook page and I’ve had multiple people private message me of how badly they were treated at that same store brother needs to do something because I do not in anyway want anybody else to get there very expensive equipment that they use for business messed up. We now have to drive two hours each way to Orlando to get our machine repaired because the local people in Jacksonville are so bad, I use this machine for business. I was not able to use it for weeks while I had to find another brother authorized service center. The next closest one is in Orlando, which I now have to drive two hours each way for my machine, but they had to fix what these people messed up. And the people that have private messaged me on Facebook after I posted on the brother Facebook group they all told me how rude this man is. As a small business owner I am very cautious of reviews and how I deal with other business owners, but this behavior is so outrageous. I have no choice but to leave this review. We love our pr655 but having to sell to buy a different brand since there are no decent service repairs near us.
