Shipping Information
At Best Sewing & Vacuum, we do our best to ship your order accurately and quickly. We use UPS live rates to calculate the most accurate shipping cost at checkout based on your location and package size.
- Orders typically ship within 3 business days of purchase.
- We do not ship on Sundays or Mondays—our store is closed on those days.
- Our average delivery time is 7–10 days, depending on your location and carrier speed.
- You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not right, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your item is delivered.
✅ Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- Returns can be shipped back or dropped off in-store in Jacksonville
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (we do not cover return shipping costs)
❌ Non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened CDs, DVDs, or software
- Items returned damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days. We do not refund shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Then contact your card issuer or bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at 📧 moc.muucavdnagniwestseb @nimda with your order details.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
